Morning Sickness Gummies

3 cups of coconut water
4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder
1 cup of freshly grated ginger (you can add more or less depending on your taste preferences)
1 tsp honey (optional - coconut water is naturally sweet so you will probably find you don't need to add any honey)
Mix the coconut water and gelatin in a saucepan away from heat.
Bring your stove to low-medium heat and stir the coconut water and gelatin together until the gelatin has dissolved.
Add in the freshly grated ginger and leave for 5 minutes, stirring the mixture every 30 seconds or so.
Remove from the heat and pour the mixture into a glass container or ceramic mould and place in the fridge to refrigerated for two hours.
Once set, cut into cubes and store in the fridge.
The gummies will last for 5-7 days in the fridge.
