Morning Sickness Gummies

Ingredients

3 cups of coconut water

4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder

1 cup of freshly grated ginger (you can add more or less depending on your taste preferences)

1 tsp honey (optional - coconut water is naturally sweet so you will probably find you don't need to add any honey)

Method
  1. Mix the coconut water and gelatin in a saucepan away from heat.

  2. Bring your stove to low-medium heat and stir the coconut water and gelatin together until the gelatin has dissolved.

  3. Add in the freshly grated ginger and leave for 5 minutes, stirring the mixture every 30 seconds or so.

  4. Remove from the heat and pour the mixture into a glass container or ceramic mould and place in the fridge to refrigerated for two hours.

  5. Once set, cut into cubes and store in the fridge.

The gummies will last for 5-7 days in the fridge.
