Brittany Darling is an accredited nutritionist and herbalist with over 8 years experience. She works with clients in her Sydney clinic as well as online.

 

She runs workshops, develops products, collaborates with brands  and is an expert contributor in the media across multiple publications including The Grace Tales, One Fine Baby, Sporteluxe, Body and Soul, Gourmet Traveller + more. 

Over the past 8 years, Brittany has seen a range of different clients and conditions. Since becoming a mum, she has turned her focus to paediatric nutrition, as well as preconception, fertility optimisation, IVF support,  pregnancy, lactations and post natal nutrition. 

Brittany treats each client as an individual. Her approach is using food as medicine but also complements this with evidence based nutraceuticals and herbal medicines to enhance, support and speed up results in her clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine)

  • Currently Completing Masters of Human Nutrition at Deakin University 

  • Advanced Diploma Nutritional Medicine

  • Advanced Diploma Herbal Medicine

  • Certificate in Paediatric Nutrition (Monash University)

  • Certificate in Children's Health (Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine)

  • Accredited by the Australian Traditional Medicine Society

  • MAPS (Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs) Approved Practitioner

  • Special interest in supporting patients through their medical cancer care and has completed the 12-month intensive Integrative Oncology in Practice eCourse sponsored by BioCeuticals and taught by Dr. Lise Alschuler, ND, FABNO (USA).

 

 

 

What to expect from your appointment/s

 

During your first appointment, we extensively investigate your current state of health, aim to identify cause of your health problems and exacerbating factors, pin point areas for improvement, provide referrals to pathology or allergy/ intolerance testing, if indicated. Yes, it's not just about nutrition. Im keen to discover exactly how you body is function and approach your health holistically. The outcome of this consultation is a personalized, easy to follow and evidence based nutrition and lifestyle plan that includes quick and delicious recipes, meal planners, a herbal or nutritional prescription and my ongoing support plus more.

  • I consult Tuesday, Wednesday + Thursday's and the occasional Saturday 

  • I work reduced consulting hours during the school holidays to spend quality time with my kids
