Over the past 10 years, Brittany has seen a range of different clients and conditions. Since becoming a mum, she has turned her focus to paediatric nutrition, as well as preconception, fertility optimisation, IVF support,  pregnancy, lactation and post natal nutrition. 

Brittany treats each client as an individual. Her approach is using food as medicine but also complements this with evidence based nutritional supplements and herbal medicines to enhance, support and speed up results in her clients.

What to expect from your appointments

During your first appointment, we extensively investigate your current state of health, aim to identify cause of your health problems and exacerbating factors, pin point areas for improvement, provide referrals to pathology or allergy/ intolerance testing, if indicated.

The outcome of this consultation is a personalized, easy to follow and evidence based nutrition and lifestyle plan that includes quick and delicious recipes, meal planners, a herbal or nutritional prescription and my ongoing support plus more.
