Maca Morning Smoothie


1 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp whole flaxseeds or chia seeds

2 tsp maca powder

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 serve of raw protein powder (vanilla or natural - I recommend Amazonia)

1 tsp vanilla extract (exclude if using a vanilla flavoured protein powder)

1 medjool date, pitted

1 1/2 cups nut or coconut milk (use less if you prefer a thicker smoothie)

5 Ice cubes (optional)


Add everything to a blender and blitz until smooth.
