Bircher-Style Museli


1/2 cup yogurt (full fat organic yoghurt, coconut or goats yoghurt)

1 grated green apple or pear

Handful of chopped nuts and seeds (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans, flaxseeds, sunflower, hemp or buckwheat groats)

1/2 cup berries

1 tablespoon of shredded coconut


  1. Grate apple or pear.

  2. Add yoghurt of choice to a bowl and stir in the nuts/seeds and coconut.

  3. Sir through the grated apple/pear and top with berries.

This can be prepared the night before and stored in glass jars/containers in the fridge, ready to grab and go in the morning.
